‘Whatever you dream you can do, begin it’
If you would prefer the motivation and sociability of group exercise but with a guaranteed full body work out and a chance to work within and extend your own levels then consider a circuit training class. Sessions consist of:
  • A whole body warm up
  • 3 circuits of varied exercises using small apparatus and targeting all body parts
  • A core stability floor session incorporated in a cool down and stretch
Training shoes, comfy clothes, a water bottle and an exercise mat (if you have one) are all you need.
